Maryland DNR preserve hunt
Boozie turned on to pheasants. He practiced breaking cover and tracking running birds.

Mantrailing lesson
Boozie did well including on a fairly long one - about 500 meters - with a cold start, aged about 15 minutes. The scent pool at the end tripped him up but I took him back to where he was successful and he found the trial out.
