Three day sea duck hunting in Chincoteague. First day was cold and being a newbie he wasn't super but did retrieve. Second day he did even better. Third day he did excellent straightforward retrieves and one terrific, cutting the bird off at the pass from a brisk current, final retrieve.
He did really great waiting in the blind.
When we were ready to change locations he was getting a little bored at so he retrieved shotgun shells from bank, submerged in the shallow water, and the water.
For the group, many Buffleheads, two surf scoter, two Bluebills, black scoter, Merganzer, and teal were taken.
